Basic Will

A Basic Will is the simplest estate planning document. If you do not own any Real Estate and want to keep things simple and inexpensive for yourself, this is the most basic way to distribute your assets to your loved ones and heirs when you pass away. You make a list of all of your assets and say who gets those assets upon your passing. Without a Will, a Court will make that decision for you.

You can also make a nomination for guardianship for your minor children within the will and avoid having a Court decide who takes care of the minor children should you pass away while the children are still minors.
