ELECTRONIC DISCOVERY, EARLY CASE ASSESSMENT, COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND REVIEW
We assist with handling, collecting, and production of documents in electronic format. Paralegals are essential to the discovery team and help manage the discovery process, especially when large volumes of documents are involved. We can act as a legal support coordinator – help plan the management of an e-discovery project, manage large-scale litigation cases, help design and implement databases for sorting large amounts of information, assist with training other support staff on the software programs, and coordinate projects with outside litigation support vendors.
We are familiar with the software programs and the services that are available for the discovery process and trial process. We assist with evidence handling, unitization of documents, scan documents, perform coding of documents, and help set up review protocols.
We offer a comprehensive and strategic approach to eDiscovery by managing electronic evidence from initial consultation and collections, through to metadata extraction and final production stages.
Our team can supplement your in house team, manage projects independently or provide training and support to your existing Paralegals.
